By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through the 11r789 platform (accessible at https://11r789.org and all associated subdomains and mobile applications, collectively referred to herein as "the Platform"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with 11r789's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform. Continued use of 11r789 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an account on 11r789, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

Each user is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on 11r789 at any given time. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether through the same or different personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your 11r789 account, including any activity by a third party who gains access to your account through your negligence. 11r789 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where the breach was facilitated by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must not share your login credentials, one-time passwords, or account access with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify 11r789 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 11r789 may suspend or freeze an account at any time where suspicious activity, potential fraud, or a breach of these Terms is identified, pending investigation.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity policy, details of which are available from customer support.
• Account closure requests must be submitted through official customer support channels. 11r789 will process closure requests within a reasonable timeframe after confirming that no outstanding wagering requirements or bonus conditions remain.

All deposits and withdrawals on 11r789 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, 1LINK interbank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani financial institutions.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific bonus offer's terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until the relevant wagering requirement has been satisfied.

• 11r789's total cumulative liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus adjustments) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of 11r789 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as specified in 11r789's dispute resolution procedures, a current copy of which is available from customer support.
